Founded on a deep-rooted passion for elder care, The Good Shepherd Home Care emerged from personal experience. Our founder spent a lifetime working with seniors and saw firsthand the glaring issues plaguing the industry—most notably, a lack of professionalism, responsibility, and genuine care. Despite the prevalence of large agencies, it became increasingly clear that something vital was missing: a focus on compassionate, individualized care that goes beyond routine, to treat individuals as unique human beings deserving of respect and dignity.
